It's time to get your sweat on and work for the hockey puck. Players will spend 20 minutes skating at full speed, followed by 40  minutes competing, racing and battling to win the hockey puck. The players will be in and out of drill settings and small area games. This is an excellent opportunity to work on building confidence and understanding to compete and work hard for the hockey puck. Players will see this carry over to game play in HPL where being on the ice with talented players means it's harder to find the hockey puck.
