The Challenge Cup moves into its 5th Year of events.

The Challenge Cup Tournament Series has seen events hosted in 6 different cities in Alberta and British Columbia. The tournament series dates back to 2019 where we had our first ever tournament in Jasper, Alberta in 2019. The Challenge Cup tournament series offers a unique opportunity for teams to head into a city representing thier league, but only facing the opposing league in games.

This best on best rivlary between the HSL and HPL has become a massive hit. Teams all get a 5 game guarantee a favorable ice times and awards to the player of the games, as well as the finalists and Championship teams.

For the 2024/2025 season the HPL will host Challenge Cups for the 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012 birth years.

Delta Planet Ice - 2014 Division January 3rd to 5th

Delta Planet Ice - 2017 Division January 3rd to 5th

Challenge Cup Series February - Abbotsford Canucks Arena

Abbotsford - 2015 Division February 7th to 9th

All games are broadcasted over Livebarn and accessible to watch for any family member that can't make it to the travel event.
